From Cahirsiveen in South Kerry, Seán Garvey has one of the most distinctive traditional singing voices in Ireland. He sings with equal ease in Irish and in English and is also a highly-regarded player of the concert flute, tenor-banjo, guitar and mouth organ.

He has two solo CDs to his credit, namely, “Ón dTalamh Amach/Out Of The Ground”(1998) and “The Bonny Bunch of Roses”(2003).

Sean now runs a music school in the beautiful town of Kenmare, Co. Kerry.
For this special concert Seán will be joined by two of his great friends, Alec Finn and Kathleen Loughnane.
