Paul Moran is a champion irish dancer and has been dancing since the late fifties. In 2008 he was the first person from outside Connemara to win the annual jig sean-nós competition at Feile Chóilín Sheain Dharach in Rosmuc. He also came second in the national Oireachtais sean nos dancing competition that same year. Paul won the senior mouth organ title at Fleadh Cheoil Na hÉireann in Enniscorthy in 2000 and is an accomplished lilter.
