Bully Wee Band

Originally formed in the early 70s the Bully Wee Band successfully toured Britain, Europe and America finally called it a day in 1983. 20 years later a chance meeting resulted in a very spirited jam session at Faversham Folk Club in Kent, and a subsequent decision to put the Bully Wee Band back on the road “if only for the craic”.

Since their reformation in 2004, the Bully Wee Band have had no trouble proving that they are still a force to be reckoned with as one of Britain’s foremost exponents of acoustic folk/rock music. Band members include Belfastman Fergus Ferley(mandola/guitar) Londoners Ian Cutler(fiddle) and Colin Reece (guitar) and from Dunfermline Jim Yardley (whistle/mandolin). All four are accomplished vocalists so expect a lively set.
