Edel Fox is 18 years of age and a native of Miltown Malbay,
Co. Clare. She began learning the concertina from Noel Hill
at the age of seven and made her radio debut shortly afterwards
on Clare FM’s Mist - Covered Mountain. Since then, she
has been a regular performer on local and national radio.
She plays music evocative of her native West Clare, with
a joy and abandon that lifts the spirit.
